Very good. I used a whole mango, vanilla low fat yogurt, a little less ice, and 2T honey. Even my husband liked it.

good recipe. great for a fast morning breakfast. I make it the night before and refrigerate it and it is still wonderful the next day. And you can add up the nutritional value yourself its not that hard.

My husband and I make smoothies every Sunday morning and this one is by far our favorite! The fruits used are a little more exotic so its fun to make for company as well.

Good smoothie. Used 1 percent milk instead of skim milk. Vanilla flavored yogurt instead of regular yogurt and I used goya frozen fruit in the package instead of fresh and the smoothie still was delicious Great for breakfast.

I don't really care for papaya but I had some delicious peaches in the freezer so I replaced the papaya with peaches. IT was SOOOO good and refreshing. Also, I used 1/4 c. of vanilla icecream rather than yogurt, decreased the amount of ice (because the frozen peaches preformed the same job and I don't really like diluted smoothies, and used the whole mango. Such a sweet, intense mango taste!!! Be sure to use ripe mangoes, I know from previous smoothie experience that mangoes that are not ripe make lumpy, disgusting smoothies which I can barely stomach.
