I made this for dinner. Pair with some toasted pieces of pumpernickel or sourdough and this makes a great meal. I would add more wasabi than the recipe calls for.

I made this for a dinner party the other night and my guests were stunned. A matter of fact I am still getting compliments. They asked for the receipe and loved it.

    Great meal......

Excellent flavor. I turned this into more of a salad and added lettuce, edamame (soy beans cucumbers and some mandarin orange. I didn't add all the lime juice - the lime zest gives it a very stronge citrus flavor. I will make this over and over!

This is the best tuna I've ever eaten. I used ginger instead of wasabi, chili oil instead of Tobasco, lemon instead of lime; and, because I don't eat onions, I used sugar snap peas and pine nuts for crunch. I can't wait to make it again, and again, and again.

This recipe is great if you do as the last reviewer stated by omitting the extra salt. Just to much with the soy sauce.
