This recipe is delicious but I think I improved it a bit, even if I do say so myself. I added 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil to the vinaigrette. : I think the suggestion made by others on cutting back a little of the olive oil is a good one.

Whats with the salt ? Two separate one half teaspoons of salt; why? Is it one for seasoning the fish and one for the dressing? The first time I used 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt because when the recipe is printed it came out that way! otherwise absolutely delicious.

I love the idea of this recipe. It is very rich and can get a little heavy. I find that Ina tends to over-use oil and salt in her recipes. I've made this a few times, and I would recommend starting out using less salt and oil in the vinaigrette, and adding more if need be.

This is the BEST tuna salad ever!! I hesitate to open a can of tuna now that I have found this recipe. It's great for the low carb diet!

This is a great fresh tasting summer salad; I make it all the time!
I make it more of a salad by adding lettuce and depending on the mood other veggies.
The dressing is so delicious I use it regularly on other salads as well.

The dressing on this salad is fabulous. If you add the salt 1/2 tsp. at a time, then taste, the salt level will be more to your individual liking. The same with the lime...add juice of one lime at a time and taste until it's right for you...
I have made this without cutting the tuna and poured the dressing over the seared steaks...it was great!

It would be 5 stars if it wasn't so salty.
