Simple easy and delisious. The goat cheese was great and it can be made prior and refrigerated till ready to cook. I still prefer my more traditional lasagna but when am not prepared to spend all day making it I turn to this one and it is so easy that we hardly miss the one that requires so much more work. It is now just reserved for very special occassions.

Very easy recipe! I prepared the night before and popped in the oven just before my company arrived the following evening. It was a success. A friend called me for the recipe and makes it all the time.

Made this for my husband's Italian family and was worried the twist on an old favorite might not go over. The goat cheese added just the right tangy, creamy element. Eccellente!

This recipe was my first ever attempt at a lasagna and it was so easy and delicious!!
I made it for a girls wine night, and even took the rest to work the next day so my coworkers and I could finish it off and it was possibly even better the second day!
I will definitely be making this again.

Beat lasagna ever and I'm an Italian that comes from a family of authentic Italian food that is hard to beat! I omitted the goat cheese.Wasn't sure on that one.I use ground beef and mild Italian sausage mixed. All the fresh ingredients (mozzarella and fresh spices make it delicious.Wished it made more than one 13x 9 pan though. It gets gone too quick here!

This definitely rates five stars for flavor and texture. I thought the amount of cheese would be too much, but it was perfect. I used chicken sausage because the turkey wasn't available, and whole grain pasta (pre-cooked. I would have enjoyed a little more pasta, personally, but my company absolutly loved it and went back for seconds, even thirds. Despite the previous reviews, I thought the sauce was plentiful.

This was a really tasty lasagna and actually a lot less time consuming than others I've made. After reading some of the reviews I was concerned there wouldn't be enough sauce as my husband likes LOTS of sauce on his pasta. I'm not sure why those reviewers experienced too little sauce as I would say this was swimming in sauce - in a good way. Some also said it was too cheesey - not the case in our opinion. My 7 year old LOVED it. I may try to use pork sausage the next time as I prefer the flavor of that to turkey but I wanted to try the recipe as written the first time. We will definitely make this again!

AWESOME! This is my go to recipe. I use a mix of hot and sweet sausage and sometimes will use spinach in the cheese mixture. It's always a hit!!
