AWESOME! This is my go to recipe. I use a mix of hot and sweet sausage and sometimes will use spinach in the cheese mixture. It's always a hit!!

Ina, this is brilliant, and quite easy to prepare. However, as I tried to retrieve it for my 3x5 card file, I found 2 ingredients and 2 complete sentences in the instructions missing, again. In most of your recipes, there is always several things left out in the 3x5 format, and I have to try to write them in somewhere on the card, or start all over. I have an extensive 3x5 card collection and do not wish to change to 4x6, which I've discovered usually has several things missing also. I'm wondering...does anyone ever check for this problem before they're posted on the Food Channel? I think all you hard working chefs certainly deserve a little better quality control before posting your wonderful menus. Your meals have been on my table at least 3 times a week, since I first discovered my kitchen partner, the Barefoot Contessa, and whether I have to write them in or not, I always look forward to your next recipe.

Oh my gosh, best Lasagna ever and I'm married to an Italian that is such a food critic. I have supplemented the turkey sausage for what I have on hand. I've used half ground beef half sausage, all sausage, all ground turkey and every time we are not disappointed. I usually have leftovers to freeze and its just as good the second time around. The goat cheese is what is so amazing in this recipe.

Delicious !!! This will be my new go to recipe for lasagna. I was skeptical about the turkey sausage but it was perfect !! My only change for my own personal taste is I will use a little less ricotta I am just not a huge fan of the gritty texture.

This lasagna is delicious! Very light and flavorful.
I LOVED the cheese mixture, and the goat cheese made it so creamy. I mixed sweet and hot Turkey sausages, and it was heavenly!

    Just a few things....
Meat - I thought there was too much meat, so I cut the meat down by 1/2.
Noodles - Make sure that your water is VERY hot, otherwise they won't soften. The noodles don't need to be soft all the way through, as they will cook in the oven. Soak them until al dente (when you bite, some of the noodle will stick to your teeth, and they will be perfect.

I love Ina's recipes! I served it with her garlic bread, for which I used hot dog buns (since I had a surplus on hand, and they were great! I made the lasagna a few days before, and froze it; then thawed in the fridge the night before I served it. It's a very impressive meal for guests, and I always appreciate that Ina understands the guests eat with their eyes first! It's a gorgeous and tasty dish!

I used a mixture pre-packed Italian cheese [contained mozzarella, Parmesan and provolone and this meal was easy to make. I washed most of the dishes while it was baking. The turkey was wonderful and way healthier than beef.

A nice go to meal for company. I used no boil noodles instead, flavored the ground turkey myself rather than using pre-made turkey sausage, and used shredded mozzarella since we didn't have any fresh mozzarella and it was fantastic.
