LOVE not having to pre-cook the pasta! My daughter-in-law, grandson (11 and I formed a team to make this for the family over the Christmas holidays. It was fun to do as a 'team' and tasted awesome. We added frozen, squeezed, spinach to the layers since that was traditional for both me and my dil. Everyone loved it. Super filling. With four of us there were leftovers for snacking the next day.

My family loves this recipe. The lasagna is not heavy tasting and I used regular sausage and it's just as good!'

This is delicious. I used Italian chicken sausage and omitted the goat cheese because I don't like it. It is worth the time to wash and chop the fresh herbs and cheeses.

I prepared it yesterday, and that was just PERFECT!!! The best lasagna I'd ever eaten. I changed the recipe a little bit. This is what I did: I used sweet turkey sausage and hot Italian sausage, I didn't use goat cheese, I used regular salt not Kosher salt because the previous reviews and finally I add some sun dried tomatoes and black olives sauce and red bell pepper. That was a surprise for my husband who returned from a trip, and he love it!!!!!!!!! Thanks Ina!!!

This is by far the best lasagna I've ever had!

I only needed 1 pound of pasta, verses the recommended 1 1/2 pounds. And it was still HUGE!

I usually make lasagna with ground beef so I was a little skeptical about using sausage. But I have to say that this turned out way better than I thought. It was amazingly tasty and sooooo good. Everyone that ate this raved about how delicious and cheesy it was. And they absolutely loved the sausage too. This will be the lasagna recipe I use from now on.

I made this for a dinner party and everyone loved it and no one knew it was turkey. Very cheesey and easy to make ahead of time. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed this lasagna for Valentine's Day dinner, and although it was quite tasty in flavor, the cheese overwhelmed the dish a bit. My boyfriend and I are both cheese lovers, but the mozzarella could have been halved or even eliminated all together. All in all we were more than satisfied! A definite repeat recipe.

I agree that there was not enough sauce. I threw together a quick sauce to add to the top layer and I also cut the mozzarella cheese by 1/2. Also, I sprinkled a little mozzarella in between layers and put the majority of it on top of the sauce w/ the parm cheese.

Delicious though. Would make again. Next time tho i might decrease the amount of salt or add a bit of sugar to the sauce.

This lasagna recipe is SO good! Everyone devours it. I make it exactly as the recipe is written and then let it stand for 10 - 15 minutes so it sets and is easy to cut! It is so easy to throw together, the ingredients are readily available and the result it a hit for any occasion! Thanks once again Ina!
