Everyone loved this recipe. They didn't know it was turkey lasagne.

My friends and family have been loving my lasagna for over 25 years. Last night I had the delight of making this fabulous new recipe and serving it to my friends. It was so easy to prepare and the turkey sausage was a new experience in lasagna for me, so I was curious! It turned out perfect - a beautifully layered and wonderfully delicious meal. Their comments: "this goes way beyond lasagna. This IS the best lasagna you have ever made. Where did you get this recipe?" My reply, "Barefoot Contessa." Their response, "that explains it!" And it does! Thank you, Ina. Connie

I love Ina, but I did not love this recipe. My husmand and I did not care for the flavor of the goat cheese, and I wasn't crazy about the texture of the noodles. I do like the idea of the Turkey sausage though and I did like the sauce. It was a little too cheesy for me too. Don't think this is a keeper for me.

Really delicious. I drained the turkey/onion mixture after browning and before adding the tomato puree. The result was very light and not at all greasy. Also, prepared the ricotta mixture in the food processot - so much easier!

This was wonderful. I could not find the turkey sausage so I used sweet italian sausage. I also used the "no boil" lasagna noodles and they were perfect. This is definitely a keeper.

Hi, I made this receipe about 3x now. And olways comes out spoy on. The wery best comfort food, partty food, makes for lotts of people. All mu familly loved it, even my kids, and they are wery picky eaters. You can even prepare it ahead of time, and putt it in the oven right before serving. You cant go wrong with this one. Just the wery best lasagna ever

Great recipe, not being a fan of goat cheese, I was considering leaving it out, but I tried it and it was great! Did not overpower the dish, and added a nice flavor. Be careful about adding salt! The amount of parmesan cheese adds more than enough salt to the dish! Thanks Ina! Another keeper :
