Very easy to make, and freezes well to heat and eat any day of the week.

This is the best lasagna I have ever made. Not to soupy, not to dry. I do not make good sauce. This sauce was easy great. I used 4 oz. of goat cheese. I would use less next time and use more parmesan. But it was still wonderful.

I have tried many Lasagna recipes before, but this one is the one and only that I will make now. It's absolutely fabulous!!! I would even go as far to say it's better than any i've ever had in a restaurant. You should try this recipe.. There will be no disappointment!

I rated this a 4 because my husband liked it so much. I would have rated it a 3 myself, not because it was not delicious, but because it was very expensive and time consuming, and I have made other lasagnas in the past that I thought were easier, cheaper, and just as good. I followed the recipe with two exceptions; I used beef instead of pork and omitted the goat cheese. The dish was quite good and I liked the variety of cheeses. Thanks.

I substituted regular sausage for turkey (can not find a turkey sausage I like, and YUM! My husband isn't big on pasta, and he wants me to make it for company!

Wow...easy and so flavorful. Waht a hug hit. Made it early in the week and froze for a saturday dinner party.

Took out in th emorning to thaw, but still took way more than 30 minutes to cook....but wow was it worth it.

I am so happy that I doubled the recipe an made a second pan!

This is a keeper! Thank you Ina!

Never having tried goat cheese before, I should have tasted it prior to putting in the ricotta mixture. It ruined the entire dish! Not to mention the waste of money, that stuff is expensive. I also didn't like the texture of the noodles. I usually boil mine first. The sauce was tasty so if I made this again, I would not use the goat cheese. Thanks to everyone who suggested using less salt.

Tasted nothing special. Just another lasagna recipe, very very average. Not a keeper. Definitely won't make this again, waste of time.

Tried the recipe as Ina made it on her show and in the print copy. Forget about soaking the noodles. Use the noodles that call for preparation first. Also, the chunks of mozzarella don't always fully melt. I used shredded instead and the melt was much more even. Goat cheese is a nice touch, but again, it's the meltability and chunk size. All in all, it was decent.
