I don't usually have time to cook meals like lasagna, but this recipe was so easy that I made it when I got home from work!

This is an incredible tasting lasagne. Every time I make it I get requests for the recipe. I use Italian Chicken Sausage and it is really delicious. I also use a low-fat ricotta. Ina's recipes are always terrific.

This is the best lasagna I've ever made or eaten. My only comment is that I don't think soaking the noodles in hot water for 20 minutes is really enough because the water tends to cool over a period of time. The last time I tried this, I filled a pot with hot water and kept it warm over a very very low flame. I soaked the noodles like that for about 15 minutes and they were absolutely perfect... a bit starchy but easy to work with and cooked enough to keep my lasagna from tasting raw : Definitely try this recipe!

Very good with the turkey sausage - wasn't sure how it would turn out since I have never used turkey sausage before and I needed a recipe to use for someone alergic to beef and pork.

This is the absolute best lasagna recipe I have ever made! I have shared it with my friends and they love it as well. VERY FLAVORFUL! Goat cheese and turkey sausage add a wonderful touch. I will never make another recipe!
