The goat cheese adds a really nice subtle flavor to a traditional cheese combination. Would make again and again.

Hands down the BEST lasagna I have ever had. The goat cheese gives it creaminess and tang. Fresh mozzarella makes it so cheesy. The whole family LOVED it! I will make it again and again and again.

This is a wonderful recipe, quick easy and very very tasty. The tip about soaking the dry lasagna in hot water is absolutely ingenious.
    Enjoy ! !

This is so quick and so easy. The Italian turkey sausage gives it a wonder flavor without having to open a lot of herbs and spices. I love the tang the goat cheese gives it. Very special!

I could not find Turkey sausage at my local safeway, so I used regular It. sausage. It was easy to make esp. soaking the noodles in warm water rather than boiling.

This has become my favorite lasagna recipe. My husband loved the cheeses. The next time I will reduce the amount of salt it was just a little to much for our taste. Great recipe!!

You really DON'T have to cook the pasta beforehand. Soaking it as Ina does will work just fine. The trick to not having any dried out or tough edges is making sure every inch of the pasta is covered in sauce. You may have to make extra sauce. I am confident this works because for years I have made lasagna according to a recipe on the back of Skinner brand lasagna pasta named "Virginia's Easy Lasagna" and it does not call to cook the pasta AT ALL, not even soaking it in water or anything. My lasagna has always turned out beautiful with soft, fully cooked through noodles. As long as you ensure the pasta is completely covered in sauce, this works! Promise!
