Wow! This was really good! Thanks to the person sheila (below my comment for posting the revised recipe , however I was too nervous to do 1/3 of worcestershire so I did 1/9 of a cup. I used the shady brook farms pack which is I think about a pound and a third. maybe next time I'll make 5 pounds and freeze it. Looking forward to trying it on a sandwich.

The only problem was the enormity of the recipe. I didn't know exactly how I was going to scale it down to feed only two. Luckily, I kept reading the comments and, thanks to Mary from Illinois, I didn't even have to experiment with the measurements because she listed everything that she did and it worked out fine.

She revised the recipe to 1 lb turkey, 1 onion, 1tbs olive oil, 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1tsp fresh thyme, 1/3 cup worcestershire, 1/2 cup chicken stock, 1tsp tomato paste, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup ketchup. I also added a couple cloves of garlic. Cook for one hour. I served it with mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts. Sooo yummy!

My family really liked this. Based on other reviews I reduced meatloaf to 3 pounds but kept other ingredients the same. Added 2 cups chopped mushrooms which I sauteed in a bit of olive oil. Next time I will will just saute with the onions. I put turkey mixture in 2 greased bread tins and froze one unbaked for another night. I willl definitely make this again.

Very delicious, easy go to recipe. Perfect for any meatloaf lover. This recipe makes a ton, so be prepared to have leftovers!! Our family is 2 adults/1kid and we have more than enough for 2 dinners plus some lunches from this one batch.

I'm not a fan of Contessa, but I have to admit that this meatloaf was delicious...I would do this again.

Funny, when I first made it I thought it was rather bland and would have given it fewer stars. But by tasting it the next day, I realized just how good it was - very simple, and yes, moist and not dry. Would indeed be great on a sandwich. Following another reviewer, I added some finely chopped carrot and celery, but think I'd leave those out next time. I only made 1/3 of the recipe - still was an ample amount to serve 4. I also used gluten-free panko bread crumbs. If you like more intense flavors this recipe might not be for you.

Really tasty and really simple to make. And its healthy! I didn't have plain bread crumbs so I substituted with shake and bake... super yummy!!!!!

My, oh my! We must prefer more flavorful dishes than most people. Had to give this recipe a try because of the reviews, but my head was telling me not to bother based on past ground turkey experiences. This followed suit--bland. Very disappointed. Family nixed having it ever again although it did taste better in a sandwich. Try Rachael's curry turkey burgers--those we love.

Pretty good recipe for turkey meatloaf. I only used 3# of ground turkey and kept all other ingredients the same. I will make this again for sure, the leftovers are just as good!

This meatloaf was awesome! My wife loved it. Said it was MUCH better than my last attempt. My only change was to chop up some mushrooms and saute with the onions. I mMUST have mushrooms in my meatloaf. Great job Ina!
