BEST turkey meatloaf ever. My husband LOVED it (as did I and he is not a meatloaf fan. I but the recipe in half as there are just the two of us and it came out soooo good. Also cut the cooking time in half as my gut told me to check for doneness in 30 minutes and knew it was real close to done. Total cooking time was 35 minutes plus 10 minute resting time. Outstanding.

Oh my gosh, this recipe is brilliant! Of course I would turn to Ina for inspiration when going down an unfamiliar path with ground turkey and she did not disappoint! It's 5 lbs of delicious love! The only variation I made was by adding an additional tsp of pepper and thyme, using better than bouillon, and adding a bulb of garlic. DELICIOUS!

I have tried many turkey meatloaf recipes and my husband didn't like any of them.He thinks beef is how meatloaf should me made. I made this recipe with the turkey and he loved it! He even asked me to make it for our next potluck dinner. Thanks Ina.

Never thought anything could replace my mom's meatloaf. This did! The recipe makes alot of meatloaf - perfect for sandwiches. Because only part of the can of tomato paste is used, I freeze the rest in a plastic baggie. Also use barbecue sauce for the top instead of catsup. My family loves it!

I made this for the first time last night. It was sooooooo good. Even my kids loved it. Then today I had the leftovers for lunch with some mixed veggies and it tasted even better. I have made ground beef meatloafs before and they always came out nasty but this turkey recipie is the bomb!

Great meatloaf recipe for turkey! The turkey comes out moist and flavorful. Unless you are cooking for a crowd, half the recipe.
