Sooo good! This was my first time making a meatloaf and I wanted to make it with ground turkey rather than beef. It is SO tasty!!! The Worcestershire/onion/thyme mixture is just delicious!! It works really well with the sweetness from the ketchup (which doesn't nearly taste as sweet after baked as I thought it would.

This is one of my favorite recipes i've found on food network. i've made it several times and always love it! i usually make 1/2 the recipe though bc 5 lbs of turkey is way too much! makes great leftovers for sandwiches thruout the week. (put a slice of meatloaf on some bread, top with cheese and toast in the oven- super yummy

Fabulous meatloaf! I did reduce the portions though for my family of 4 to 3lbs. turkey and adjusted the ingredients accordingly other than keeping the thyme and tomato paste as originally noted for a flavor boost. I also added 1 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese to the mix (a trick I learned with other turkey recipes which contributed to a wonderfully moist and tasty meatloaf. My family loved it -- no leftovers.

Delicious! I made this the other night and it was wonderful. My whole family raved about it and my Mom took some home with her she enjoyed it so much. I liked the fact that ground turkey was used rather then ground beef. Boy was there ever a LOT of meatloaf though!! Ina must feed quite the army at her house!! I will definitely make this again. But next time I will be cutting the recipe in half. Thank you Ina for a fantastic recipe!!

Excellent...and very moist....I did not care for the ketchup on top ...I prefer my mother's tomato sauce, will try that for the top next time.

Great recipe! I love my veggies so I add carrots, celery, garlic and parsley blended in a food processor. Delicious!

This was by far the best Turkey Meatloaf I have ever tasted!!! And there wasn't too much fuss preparing it. I didn't have plain breadcrumbs so I used seasoned which I had on hand. It was fabulous. I'll try it with the plain breadcrumbs next time.

Not bad, but a bit too dry and "healthy"-tasting - I like my fatty meats : I prefer meatloaf the "traditional" way w/ ground beef

My Dad's fave comfort food is meatloaf from Cracker Barrel. I wanted to find him a homemade healthier version and this is perfect! So juicy and flavorful. It was a big hit! (...hubby and rest of family loved it too!
