This was by far the best Turkey Meatloaf I have ever tasted!!! And there wasn't too much fuss preparing it. I didn't have plain breadcrumbs so I used seasoned which I had on hand. It was fabulous. I'll try it with the plain breadcrumbs next time.

Not bad, but a bit too dry and "healthy"-tasting - I like my fatty meats : I prefer meatloaf the "traditional" way w/ ground beef

My Dad's fave comfort food is meatloaf from Cracker Barrel. I wanted to find him a homemade healthier version and this is perfect! So juicy and flavorful. It was a big hit! (...hubby and rest of family loved it too!

Great recipe! My husband generally prefers ground beef, but he enjoyed the ground turkey. Moreover, he even had leftovers for lunch the next day.

This is an EXCELLENT recipe. Very easy to follow and turned out PERFECTLY. A wonderful comfort food dish. The only thing I did differently was replaced the ketchup with Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ sauce. Simply delightful and delicious!

Wow! I made this for my parents, so they have something healthy and easy to heat up after my father has a bypass surgery. I used low sodium worcestershire sauce, low sodium chicen broth, and reduced sugar ketchup. I tried a small piece of the meatloaf and it is simply amazing - it does not taste like a healthy version of meatloaf. Wonderful! Ina, you have done it again!

This was my first turkey meatloaf (trying to serve less red meat, and it was my best meatloaf ever! My family was raving over it, and they aren't usually very effusive even though I'm a pretty good cook. I love Ina Garten's recipes and this one will stay in my recipe file forever. Can't wait to make it again.

Soooooooo good, really moist and you wouldn't even know it's turkey. Just delicious, but word of warning, DO NOT OVERCOOK! I've made this over a dozen times and only once overcooked it and it was dry. Stick to the recipe and it will never let you down!

Delicious meatloaf !!! It turned out amazingly ! I had a craving for asian flavours so i added soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil to the meat to moisten it and give it that asian flare ! then i mixed some soy into the ketchup also made it great !
