I made a small version but cooked for 90 minuets. If you cut back portion cut back cooking time.

I have made a lot of meatloaf recipes. This one is a winner with my two boys and husband! Great alternative to beef and very tasty. Super easy to do as far as meatloaf goes as well!

Fantabulous! Very tasty and moist! We enjoyed this for dinner last night. I served this along with Ina's Fingerling Potatoes with Dill -- and a side of peas -- gotta get your greens in there. It was a hit. I cut the recipe in half and there were plenty of leftovers.
Cheers all!

I did not have any thyme leaves or chicken stock so I did not put any of these ingredients, but in spite of that it was the best meatloaf I tasted in a long time. Everyone who ate some commented on how great it was. I will definitely be making meatloaf more often, because I haven't made it in years.

Absolutely delicious! I made it with beef as that is what I had on hand and adjusted the ingredients for less than two pounds. I have done it a couple of times and every time it turns out great, even if I don't follow the directions exactly. My 5 year old son LOVES it, too!!!

I tried this because of all the rave reviews so was quite dissapointed in it. I followed the recipe exactly and both my husband and I found it to be very bland. It definitely needs more flavor.

SO good. Moist, flavorful and smelled and tasted just like the real thing. My husband is a midwestern meat and potatoes kind of guy and I've learned over the years to never mess with his meatloaf. I decided to give this a try tonight because I don't eat red meat, and not tell him what it was made from. Well we had it tonight and he said it was really good, and thought the only thing different than how I usually make it was the ketchup on top. I added a little extra chicken broth to the mixture to make it extra moist. Highly recommended!!!!

another rave review here!! Did ground turkey and beef mix, since that's what we had on hand. lots of flavor, very moist, not heavy at all!
We love you Ina!
