I have prepared this dish on more than one occasion and it's one of my favorites. Even the heartiest of ground beef lovers will like this recipe.

It was excellent. Easy and extremely tender. The sky is the limit, use sausage with the turkey! Any way you go is good. And it will taste better next day.

The flavor of this turkey meatloaf is great! It was fairly easy to make. I cut the recipe in half which was more than enough for 4 people + leftovers. I think next time I will put a little less breadcrumbs and chicken stock because it was just slightly too mushy. Other than that, I recommend this recipe.

Have made this since Ina's book was published. It's easy, healthy and freezes well. The meat stays moist. A staple in our house.

Absolutely fantastic! Even my daughter who "is not a fan of meatloaf because it's always so dry" loved it!

I used 2 1/2 lbs ground turkey (not 99% fat free turkey breastand cut all the other ingredients in half with the exception of the thyme leaves, tomato paste, eggs (used 2and ketchup. I also used beef stock in place of the chicken stock. Cooked for about 45 minutes until it reached 160 degrees. Juicy, flavorful and healthy too! A definite "make again!"

This was not only an easy recipe, but it is so good, I may never make a ground beef meatloaf again. It was great right out of the oven and equally good cold. I searched for it because there was a sale on ground turkey breast and I didn't feel like making a lot of turkey burgers.

I was really surprised to see how many rave reviews there were for this recipe. I agree with one comment from someone who mentioned this does not meet Ina's standards. Agreed! I love Ina, but while this meatloaf had plenty of moisture, I found the flavor to be bland and boring. A good meatloaf is very flavorful, this was just a loaf of meat. Sorry, but it was. I also agree with the gentleman who mentioned you could not taste the thyme. It's not your addiction to hot sauce, there is just not enough for the flavor to come through.

The best meatloaf ever. The only changes that I made were-half white/half dark turkey meat to insure not to be dry. I took the remaining broth and tomato paste-mixed it together and poured it over the top and sides of meatloaf, instead of ketchp. I bake it in a pan with sides as I add additional water, it makes a wonderful gravy. I also put aluminum foil on top to while baking as this insures nothing dries out.

We love this meatloaf though I cut it in half for three adults and still have leftovers. One of my Son-in-law's favorite.
