Very moist, awesome flavor. The sauce mixture alone will make your mouth water.

I only gave this a 3. I didn't think this was up to Ina's high standards. The texture was good especially for turkey but I found the seasonings made this rather bland. As it stands I will have to make some modifications if I make this again. I have eaten and made better meatloafs so I doubt if I would turn to this recipe again.

This was a great recipe. I cut the recipe to 1/3 since it was just for my husband and I. I used regular ground turkey (93/7% since I did not have turkey breast. It was so moist and delicious I will make this again and try with turkey breast.

I enjoy ground turkey and turkey sausage. I really wanted to make turkey meatloaf, homemade mashed potatoes, carrots and a green leafy veggie. After going on-line I found this easy turkey meatloaf.
Our daughter is a PICKY 2 1/2 year old. She said "Mommy it's FANTASTIC"! Anyone who can have her wanting more, even on the day after, deserves 10 stars. It had flavor and was moist. My husband had a late work day and my daughter was asking for more--I know her little stomach wanted to burst. I cooked half the amount of what you suggested and it was remarkable. Thanks a lot! I am now a meatloaf queen!

I used 2 pckgs of Butterball Turkey 93/7. I scaled down other ingred. except Tomato Paste of which I used 2 heaping tsp. I added 3 cloves minced garlic to the onion mix when it was about halfway done. I also sprinkled a little garlic salt to the onion mix. I used 2 eggs. Oh, I didn't have bread crumbs so I used 10 Saltine Crackers, put in ziplock and crushed to crumbs. For the topping - I took the rest of the Tomato Paste and mixed with some garlic salt and water, to the consistency of the Ketchup. I topped the loaf with this instead of the called for Ketchup. It turned out so moist and flavorful. Very good and I will definitely make this again.

I flip flop this recipe with my other 3-meat recipe straight out of Betty Crocker! When I make this recipe, I often add veggies to it: cooked shredded carrots and zucchini. The addition of those veggies adds an additional sweetness to the dish. I also use a TON of catsup on this and it's flavor cooks and condenses into the most wonderful 'sauce'. I do not use catsup on my other meat loaf so this addition make it special.
Thanks Ina for a flavorful switch on a standard comfort food classic!

I made this with 3.5 lbs of 93% lean ground beaf and 1.5 lbs of turkey. It was VERY moist when putting together, so when I took it out, it was really tasty and moist - but only half of it was a "loaf" consistency. The other half is like large chunks. Doesn't matter, really, still tastes good. I would use more ketchup on the top next time - I agree you should just use enough to cover, even if it's more than called for. It does have a mild flavor, which is great so that it doesn't overpower other items you are serving with it. But if you like more flavorful, you should "tweak" it a little. Great the next day - not dried out in the microwave. : Husband doesn't like meatloaf, and he loves this!

I've made this recipe several times. I've cut the recipe in half and even into fifths when it's just my husband and me. It's turned out good every time.
