This recipe was so delicious. Everyone in my family loves this recipe. The first time I made this recipe, I added all the ketchup into the meat; it was so good I left it in every time I make this meatloaf and I add more for the top. Defiantly do not brown the onions or it will have a bitter taste. Thanks Ina for the wonderful recipe.

I use turkey instead of beef in most of my dishes, so I was glad to see a turkey meatloaf recipe. My family enjoyed this tasty, moist and easy to make meatloaf!! Thanks Ina.

Since I was only using 1.5 lbs. of ground turkey instead of Ina's 5 lbs.!, I had to do a lot of ingredient reducing adjustments. Used a bit extra onion, thyme, tomato paste, worcestershire, and broth. Smeared the top with ketchup (enough to cover, put into a small loaf pan, used pan of water in oven and cooked for about 45 - 50 mins. End results were moist and absolutely delicious and no cracks. Thanks Ina!

This was a great meal and was much leaner than regular meatloaf. We loved it, thank you!

This is excellent...my husband and I are pretty big eaters, I cut the recipe in half and we had leftovers for a couple of days. Also, mine came out a bit dry I may have overcooked it (?, but next time I may try half turkey breast and half dark meat turkey or beef. I love the process of sauteeing everything together first. Definitely try this!

This is simply the tastiest and best meatloaf I've ever had. I actually took the recipe and made mini-meatloaf patties from it instead of the loaf and served with the smashed parmesean potatoes. Absolutely wonderful!!!

This is a great recipe! If you didn't tell anyone, they's never know it was turkey! The flavors are strong and delicious. I had to cut it in 1/2 because 5 lbs is a huge meatloaf - but would be worthy of a crowd!! Makess incrdible sandwiches.....

My husband is a chef, and he said this is one of the best meatloaf recipies he has ever tasted. I did sautee celery and fine chopped carrots with the onion, which only enhanced this perfect recipe. I also topped with BBQ sauce instead of ketchup, which really added a nice flavor to the meatloaf with a nice caramelization to the outside crust. This is SUPER moist and flavorful. Thanks Ina, I have a new way to make my Chef rave about my home cooking.
