    The was the best meatloaf I have ever had, which includes meatloaf prepared by the chef in my family. I used the delicious meat loaf glaze recipe from Alton Brown. My family wants this again, and soon!

    My husband only eats very healthy food and this was in his range... i rarely eat the same foods as he does, but we both can agree that this one was very very good.

    Very good flavor.. I halved it and it was more than enough for my family of four!! I cooked it in a pan instead of freeform. 2/5 lbs of meat took about 45minutes in 350 oven. Plus side- virtually no hearburn.

    My boyfriend and I love this recipe. I cut down the portion size to only use 1.25 lbs of turkey and I also add chopped bell pepper when sauteeing the onions. It is so juicy and flavorful. Oh, I also make 4 mini patties instead of one big loaf and cook them on 425 for 20 minutes - saves a lot of time. Must try!
