I cut the recipe in half and used ground beef. I have to say that I vowed to never eat another meatloaf but I was very pleasantly surprised and my husband, a meatloaf afficiando, loved it. It was done in about 45 minutes but even though I put the pan of water in with it, it did crack. May have been to hamburger that had been frozen previously. Will use this recipe often!

This was pretty good meatloaf, but even though I cut the recipe in half it was still a lot of food. I used the tomato paste that I didn't use in the meatloaf and put the rest on top of the meatloaf instead of ketchup.

My family raved over this recipe...they even ask that I make it again and again!

This was quick and easy to prepare. The result tasted like I had spent a lot more time in the kitchen. With a new baby I love recipes that are no fuss. The meatloaf is huge but leftovers are easily used up in the following days.

This is a good recipe for meatloaf & a great change from traditional beef! Our family loved this & leftovers were gone within a day.

So easy, moist, and tasty. Doesn't taste lean at all. A big hit with kids too!

This recipe was very good. I halved the recipe and used some extra herbs. It was moist and delicious -- cooking time was 1 1/2 hrs and with the pan of hot water, no cracks appeared. The ketchup is a good idea.

This was the best meatloaf, so moist! I used ground meat instead of the turkey and now I crave meatloaf.

I don't usually like any type of meatloaf, but this I loved!
