After reading previous reviews I decide to half the recipe (2.5 lbs and added additional fresh thyme and crushed red pepper flakes (not in original recipe. Although I made a pretty flat loaf, I still wound up cooking it for almost 1 hr 45 minutes. We tasted it when it first came out of the oven and it was wonderful! When reheated the next day it was a little bit dry but very tasty nevertheless.

I found this bland and dry. Maybe the quality of turkey meat accesible to me is just not good. Disappointing.

I was skeptical about this one because I have never been able to make a TASTY turkey meatloaf. I was amazed how flavorful and OH... so moist! This one is the winner of years of search.

I halved this recipe and cooked it for 1 hour until 160 degrees and it came out dry and like a sponge! The ketchup was all that gave it any flavor. i won't be trying this again!

The turkey meatloaf was very good. You always want to check the amount a recipe makes to adjust to your own family. I have been using ground turkey in all recipes that call for beef. Seasoning is the key. I too added fennel to spice up a little more.

I've made this with ground turkey and also with ground beef and it is good either way. I use just a little bit of onion not as much as suggested and I aslo halve the recipe.
