My family loves turkey meatloaf -- even the teenagers. I do put the onion and celery in my small food processor with some carrots and chop fine (more veggies for the teenagers and I top it with barbeque sauce. My family will eat anything with barbeque sauce on it. Great meal for after football and waterpolo practice.

My kids always say they HATE meatloaf. Well they LOVED this one! Everyone actually asked me when I was making it again? Followed recipe as is which I usually don't do but it worked!

Very Tasty, and the trick to keep it moist, works!

I'm giving this recipe five stars because no matter what you do to it, you can't go wrong! I eyeballed all the measurements, and instead of worcestershire (sp? I used soy sauce. I also minced a clove of garlic for more flavor and since I didn't have thyme, just substituted italian spices for it. Accompanied it with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad and it was the perfect dinner! Thanks Ina!

This recipe was absolutely delicious! My husband and sister were skeptical at first because neither likes turkey but after the first bite they were both raving about it. Definitely going to share this recipe.

Amazing! Made just as is but halved the recipe. I think the key is to put the pan of hot water on the shelf below it. Very moist and really tasty. My kids liked it!

Excellent! My sister made this for me and referred me to FoodNetwork for the recipe. She substituted half of the bread crumb ingredient with a mix of brown rice and quinoa, which was delicious, although it's still very good just using all bread crumbs. She also added sharp cheddar cheese pieces and some chopped green peppers. I never would have thought that I'd favor turkey meatloaf over beef meatloaf, but now it's done thanks to this recipe. I also add the sharp cheddar cheese pieces and sometimes I add some pepper or pimiento olives. Yum!!

I've gotten nothing but raves from everyone that's tried it.

I wish that I could give this recipe more than 5 stars! It was the best meatloaf that I have ever put into my mouth!!! It was so much better than the beef. I did not have any thyme and added extra ketchup to the top during the last 15 minutes of cooking. FABULOUS!!!!

I've never made meatloaf before and expected this to be on the dry side since it uses turkey; the results were completely the opposite -- very moist! My modifications: Halved the amount of turkey, eggs and breadcrumbs; used 2/3 the amount of the onion mixture (may have contributed to the moistness added some dried pepper flakes while sautéing the onions; added some BBQ sauce to the too in addition to the ketchup. Only took 1 hr to bake.
