I just made this for dinner and it was easy and delicious! It does take longer to cook on a gas grill on low - about 20 minutes longer.

This was an absolutely delicious chicken dish to add to the repertoire. I began the marinade in the morning. Rather than using a whole chicken, I used only bone-in chicken breasts; otherwise I followed the recipe to the letter. Be sure to use some sort of a weight, as it really did help grill the meat perfectly, not at all scorched. Do not skip the grilled lemon -- what a tremendous taste sensation. Loved every bit of it!

Grilled just right, slowly, over mesquite coals that weren't extremely hot so the chicken didn't burn. It was SO juicy and full of SO much flavor. This will be something you make over and over again! Nice work Ina!

I made this chicken over the weekend and it is moist, tender, and tastes absolutely delicious! Great for crowds, feeds a lot of people without much fuss!

I absolutely love this recipe. I love the fresh rosemary and the grilling of the lemons to top it off. and i also learned how to take the back out the chicken which i didn't know was so easy. I also love the salad which was beautiful in color and went very well with the chicken. Thanks for showing something to do different with that familiar chicken.
