You did it again, Ina. So so easy and yet so so delicious. It is juicy and tender with fresh lemonly flavor. My husband keeps asking me to make it again and again.

This was incredible!! I let it marinate for almost 24 hours in the fridge, and the flavor was superb!! This is definitely my new favorite recipe for chicken on the grill!

A-ma-zing!!! Since I had no plans for the long weekend, I decided I wanted my meals to be fitting Memorial Day w/e meals. I had legs & thighs, and breast pieces from a whole chicken I had just cut up. I made this wonderful marinade. I had that done before 10 a.m., so the chicken was marinating all day until 7:30 when I put it on the grill. I don't have a charcoal grill, but I seared it covered at high heat, then on the grill shelf at low heat to finish cooking. I had reserved some of the marinade before putting it on the chicken so I had some for basting (I never use marinade that raw meat has been in for basting, which I did when moving the chicken to the shelf, turning and basting once. Best grilled chicken I've ever had!! This is definitely going to be a grilling favorite for me!

My son made this recipe for dinner at my house last night using chicken thighs. It was awesome. Very tasty. I can hardy wait to try it myself.

I decided to make this recipe because of all the good reviews that i read,but what i did was that i baked it over a rack and i followed the recipe as it said.but i pour a beer on the baking sheet so the vapor of the beer can give it a little extra flavor and guess what it was delicious my kids loved it.the jucies from the lemon and the olive oil and the beer made this good gravy that a pour over the chicken.so wonderfull to be able to cook this delicous recipes.

I've become pretty good at cooking chicken since I'm a serious fitness buff and that's primarily the main protein for me, but this may be the best chicken I've ever made. Simple, moist, needs no sauce, great! I have not had one recipe of Ina's that's failed me.
