Who knew something so simple could end up being one of the most flavor-packed dishes I've ever made! Happened to have boneless, skinless breasts so just made it the same with them and my husband said it was the best chicken recipe he'd ever tasted! The next time we have guests for dinner, I'm pulling this one out for sure and making them think I slaved over dinner. Ina, you've done it again!

Since I live in the city, I don't own a BBQ grill so I did this in my oven. I cooked it at 350 once it was cooked I broiled it untill the skin browned. It wa easy to do and it tast delicious

This REALLY is the best chicken marinade. I didn't use any salt, and didn't miss it at all. It made PERFECT grilled chicken, and it's also great baked. Every time I offer to make dinner for my neighbors or friends, they ALWAYS request this. And it's so EASY!

Without a doubt this is the best chicken I have ever had. Made it tonight although it's well over 90 outside--not the best time to barbeque. Served with her sweet potato wedges (brown sugar and seasoning--to die for.

Had the butcher remove the back bone as well--to make things easier. Totally easy, flavourful and moist--don't understand how anyone could be disappointed with the results.

The best all around marinade around! I love this recipe. This marinade could be used for other dishes too! I loved that the marinade does not have too much oil. You are one classy, wonderful and talented chef. I believe you are one of the best chefs that FN has on the show!

I'm a bit irritated that for the total time it states 1 hour. Isn't the 4 hour of marinating considered cooking??? The dish is great otherwise. I use the organic level 3 chicken from whole foods, the flavor of the chicken depends on the quality of the meat!!

This just wasn't for me. The chicken wasn't juicy enough (yes I marinated for almost 6 hours and cooked it slow. I'm looking for something a bit more tasty and juicy.

So technically I have never made this recipe, rather I have made a version of it. The thought of grilling seemed daunting, so the first time and every time since then I have made this recipe as a roast. I have made this roast so many times that I have lost count. Whenever I make this dish it is always a show stopper that brings the house down. I also make double the olive oil marinade and pour it over potato and onion wedges and let them roast in the oven alongside the chicken. Sorry that this isn't the exact recipe, but I still love it!
