Delicious and easy! I cooked it on the George Forman Grill that comes on a stand and looks like a bbq, except that its electric. I'm sure it would work on the standard type of Geo Forman grill also And, in an effort to be healthy, I used boneless skinless chicken breasts, it was stil delicious!

This is the best grilled chicken. I've made it over and over again, and it is wonderful each time. I find the longer I marinate the more moist and flavorful chicken. I usually try to marinate it overnight. Thanks Ina!

I made this last night on the grill and instead of using a whole chcken I used bone in chciken breast. It was the best chicken I've had in a long time. This is a very easy recipe and the flavor is outstanding. My husband and I just looked at each other after tasting this and said WOW! Thank you Ina for such a great recipe. This one is a keeper for sure.

This is so easy that I tried it out for a dinner party this summer. I cooked 2 chickens and all I got was 2 wings. Fortunately that is my favorite part.

I'm not easily able to gril where i'm living right now, but i just had to give this a try, using my oven. The marinade was very simple, yet pack quite a punch. And the splitting of the chicken is a great way to cut down cooking time. This could easily be made into a sweeter chicken with the addition of honey. And the marinade recipe could also be used for salad dressing. I used dried rosmary instead of fresh, and i forgot to add garlic. But it was still wonderful. I served it with Ina's Mac and Cheese, which was also delicious.

Perfect chicken. Lemon and rosemary are always right for chicken, grilled or otherwise. I didn't change a thing first time. Let it marinate overnight if you can. I had some fresh ginger the second time I made it and that was a wonderful addition. About 1 Tbs minced added to the marinade. Simple and delicious. You really can't go wrong with Ina.

Thank you Ina, for another great dish! The flavor on this chicken is amazing--and I only marinated for about 4 hours. The technique demonstrated for boning and flattening the chicken was most helpful. Used a brick wrapped in foil to weight it down flat. We needed to cook the chicken a little longer than called for in the recipe. The use of a real charcoal fire instead of the gas grill also seemed to improve the taste. Served it with Anne Burrell's Pommes Chef Anne----wonderful!

Marinated it for 1 1/2 days and grilled for 20 min on each side. Perfect. Crispy on the outside and tender and juicy inside. New family favorite!
