Simple. Delicious. Whipped this up to dress the salad I took to a friends dinner. You know it's a hit when you're asked for the recipe! I'll repeat what has been said here because it's important ~ use good quality oil and champagne vinegar. Colavita is the brand available in my neck of the woods.

Easy. Simple. Delicious. I always use this recipe..well..have it memorized, but thought to send a positive review for anyone looking for a new vinaigrette. Definitely use champagne vinegar as I'm sure that that's the ingredient really bringing everything together. I use B.R. Cohn from the Cohn winery in Napa. You can order it online. Also great drizzled over tomato and cucumbers for a light salad :

This is now my go-to vinaigrette recipe. I use a very good quality oil and it is awesome! Am currently using it often for a fresh baby kale salad with red onion, diced dried apricots and chevre. Let it set for just a few minutes to soften the kale. A quick twist of freshly ground sea salt and pepper put it over the top.

AMAZING dressing! Simple to make. This will be my go-to salad dressing from now on. All you need is simple mixed greens with it and it's a perfect salad. As always, Thanks Ina.

This dressing is the BOMB!!! It explodes with flavor. My sister licked her plate clean. The only thing I added was honey. Thanks Ina.
