Made this as a virgin cocktail since my 17 year old son wanted to try it. Still very good and refreshing. He decided to add orange juice to his. Remained flavorful.

    Excellant, the mint really adds!
Personally, I made this without the sugar or alcohol and I would give that 5 stars!

Dangerously good. I just moved to Kentucky, and it's smokin' hot here... this was the perfect Sunday Fun-day drink! I had an entire half a leftover watermelon and pureed then strained all of it. Made with a mix of mint and basil (the basil was really good as a substitute. We collectively had 6 or 8 drinks, and there was still enough leftover watermelon juice to freeze into ice cubes and use another day.

YUMMY!!! This was delicious! This time I strained it. It was great! I like it both ways and will be making these again real soon! Great way to use up the leftover watermelon!

These were light and refreshing. My husband that does not like watermelon loved the mojito! We did NOT strain the watermelon - if pureed completely in the food processor, you get a rustic lovely beverage with little pieces of muddled mint leaves. Delicious.

Completely yummy! I just threw everything into a blender and it turned out great! I didn't strain it, but I could see why you may want to. These are tasty and refreshing!

Tried this over the weekend. Once the watermelon was processed, we decided it definitely needed to be strained into the pitcher. We added the mint to the processor with the watermelon instead of muddling it into the pitcher. Used 1/2 the simple syrup and used fresh limes. Very good, refreshing and light. Next time will try to make it with dark rum or vodka. Very good for a summer afternoon drink.

Unique and refreshing. We made these mojitos the day of the show and now - a week later - we're doing it again for tonight's dinner party. Key is straining the watermelon to make a smoother drink. Fresh fresh lime juice is also key to make the drink perfect. Enjoy!
