This is so easy and great any time. I never use as much salt as Ina. It is easy to put in and hard to take out. Salt and pepper should always be added to personal taste. It can always be added later if you need more. I guess that is learned with practice.

Just made this wonderful dish tonight after watching Ina yesterday. It was so fresh tasting and easy. I had most of the ingredients on hand and it didn't take that long to make. It was a big hit with my family and I will be making it again and again!

I made this tonight for dinner after reading other reviews. It was very tasty, but contrary to other reviewers, I found the recipe to have too much pepper, rather than too much salt. I would definitely cut down on the amount of pepper in it the next time I make it, but I DO plan on making at again because it was so easy to make and has great potential to become a regular in my rotation of favorites.

This recipe was DELICIOUS! I made the bolognese for my Saturday dinner with my boys and their families. It was a hit! Even with two of my boys that say they do not like pasta with red sauce.
I read some of the other comments regarding the salt. I have learned in my years of cooking never to use all the salt required. I usually salt to taste.
Thank you for this wonderful recipe!

I made this recipe for dinner last night. It was VERY easy to make and delicious! I cut down on the salt just a little, but I felt like it was still too salty. Next time, I'll use closer to a teaspoon of salt rather than anywhere near a tablespoon. But, the dish was still edible and my husband even went for seconds! Thanks Ina!

I made this tonight after watching it today on her show and it was fantastic. The only thing I did differently is that I almost always cut the salt down by just about half on every recipe and for me this was no exception. This will quickly become a family favorite. Thanks Ina!!

I just made this recipe for dinner. It was very good, but it was a little too salty. I didn't even use the full Tablespoon she called for because it seemed like a lot to me. I will make this recipe again, for sure, but will cut the salt to about 2 tsp.

I watched todays show and to my delight I happened to have all the ingredients in my pantry. It is just as good as Ina said and then some. I can't wait to try the "Sausage and Grapes"
