Made for Christmas 2012 gifts. Delicious and very easy to make. I used double boiler instead of oven, and used confectionery coating couldn't find a good white chocolate bar. Will make again!!! :

I made this for a wine and cheese party I had last night and everyone loved it. People were so surprised that I made it. The bark was a great compliment with our wine and cheese party theme. By the end of the evening the bark was gone. Looking forward to making it again.

AMAZING & SIMPLE! Made one batch and after consuming it within the day, our family decided to make a lot of it - and the chocolate version - for Christmas Host & Hostess gifts as well as 'Stocking Stuffers'.
Never mind relishing enough for us to enjoy!

Delicious, easy, and beautiful! It was a little sweet for my taste, but it is white chocolate, so that's to be expected. I still ate more than my fair share! I really love the appearance, especially for autumn. It looked so nice when I bagged it for gifts. The only trouble I had was cutting it. I wasn't able to cut it without breaking the bark, so I didn't get uniform size pieces. I will definitely repeat this recipe--probably this week!

This was a holiday hit! I subbed in slivered almonds for the walnuts, as we prefer them over walnuts. Impressive on a holiday candy platter!

I'm not a fan of white chocolate, cranberries, or apricots but this was AMAZING! I made it tonight for my boyfriend substituting macadamia nuts for the walnuts and it is truly wonderful. The flavors of the 4 ingredients are so tasty together. Making this was very easy. I had to hustle to get the toppings on the chocolate before it dried. I also put it in the fridge and it was hard within 15 minutes. I cut it into pieces and it cut very easily. The true test will be when my boyfriend gets it tomorrow - if it stays well in the fridge. Ina NEVER disappoints - this is my 5th or 6th of her recipes and they are always dead on! LOVED this!
