LOVE IT! I used a regular pizza sauce with fresh mozzarella. My husband said "it's the best pizza he has ever eaten" I didn't expect that. It was soo good, I'm definitely keeping this recipe. Thanks Ina

WOW! I'd been curious, but skeptical about this Arugula pizza for quite some time, and hadn't made it b/c i knew hubby wouldn't like it much. But yesterday i had i little extra dough and mad a small version, subbing a couple of the cheeses (gruyer and parmesan. I also put some shallots and parsley on since i had them left over from the other pizzas. Needless to say it was DELICIOUS! Very interesting mix of flavours, and the vinaigrette was a great contrast. I found i didn't need extra salt on the pizza, as my dough and vinaigrette were well seasoned, and combined with the salty cheeses, it was perfect. Thanks for the inspiration Ina. And by the way, even Hubby thought it wasn't bad, and got a slice of his own.

I love this recipe. It is so easy. My husband loves a thin crust, and I have tried a lot of different recipes. They were good, but this is the best. It even made a good thick crust for my picky teenagers, I did not bother to roll the dough for them, I just used my hands to flatten it down. I could not find the jar of honey, so I used agave syrup!
Ina...thank you so much for this recipe.

An easy go-to recipe during a busy week but pretty enough for entertaining. Fabulous recipe as instructed, however I've been known to use premade fresh pizza dough to save time and still just delicious. Always looks beautiful turning a basic meal into another beautiful presentation. Thanks Ina

We love these pizzas! I have used the mini pre-baked crusts from the grocery store when I'm in a hurry, and they're still good. I have also used a spring salad mix instead of the arugula since some of my family dislikes arugula.

This is the best pizza crust ever! It was very good. Then the next time we used the pizza crust recipe everybody in our family "made our own" pizzas with our own favorite ingredients for toppings. Now every Friday night in the winter is "PIZZA NIGHT" and we have started our own tradition! Thanks Ina we love you!!!! Can't beat that!

I love pizza recipes like this. I took this same idea but I used leeks, watercress and a dijon sauce. It came out awesome. Check it out here at my blog www.cookeatlive.net

This was the best pizza I ever had. I did not add arugula but added roasted peppers (inna's recipe Roasted Pepper and Goat Cheese Sandwiches.. So good. The dough was super easy to make. I did not end up adding 4th cup..just enough so the dough did not stick.
