    We roughly followed the recipe and it was delicious. Already had dough on hand for pizza crust, and used mozzarella, parmesan, romano and goat cheese. We added halved cherry tomatoes and the remainder of the garlic infused olive oil to the arugula and lemon juice. Made one large pizza instead of many small ones. Will make again.

    Tasty! I used whole wheat flour (which required a little more water and ricotta instead of goat cheese because that's what I had in the fridge. Loved this recipe. Arugula with lemon vinaigrette was my favorite part.

    I used this recipe as a guideline to make a white truffle oil pizza. I suggest buying your own fresh dough from safeway, its easier and convenient and sometimes they come in fun flavors of dough. Also, I nixed the arugula and made a side salad instead. But on my pizza i used all of the cheese toppings and most of the ingredients for the vinaigrette. I also added white truffle oil, proscuitto, tomatoes, and basil. My roommates loved it!

    This was FANTASTIC! I didn't have time to make my own crust, so I used store bought...and it turned out great. Loved the Arugula and the garlic flavors. Keep watching that crust...500 degrees can make it turn quick!

    I only made the dough, and it was by far my best pizza dough! So pliable and soft... It was the first time in my life that I enjoyed rolling the dough :- I am a huge fan of Ina's recipes, and this one is really great! Thanks!
