    The first time I made this at home, we couldn't stop eating it, even after we were so full it was miserable. It is very easy to make. The only thing I will change is to add some of the shredded cheese to the zucchini then top it with some more. The only reason for it to be mushy is over cooking the zucchini and onions.

    I made the zucchini casserole for an Easter dinner. I couldn't believe how straightforward and delicious it was. I didn't change a thing and it served more than six people, making the amount of butter that much less. Besides, with food this good, once in awhile you just have to say, what the heck. Everyone loved it--even children and teenagers.

    This is so easy! This is so simple even for first timer! I bought Emmenthaler cheese; Gruyer was too expensive, was such a huge hit with my family! Had to turn on broiler to brown on top at the end...
    Awesome, my very proper mom even licked the spoon! :

    This is a real winner! Easy to make and just creamy and delicious. My teenage son, who isn't crazy about Zucchini has asked me to make it over and over again.
