    I was so inspired to make this after watching this episode on TV.....It is delicioso! I had to make a few substitutes because I didnt have Adobe Sauce & it still tasted delicious. I used a fresh lime wedge & a bit of sour cream to top it off.

    This recipe is a nice change to the mexican style food we usually make. I will make this again!
