I was looking for a different way to fix tilapia. This really was a very easy recipe and it turned out great! It was very moist and the flavors were amazing. I'm definitely going to make it again probably when I have a few people over for dinner because it serves a lot...definitely more than 4 people.

I followed the recipe exactly as given, still it didn't come out well. Fish was probably overcooked.

I've made this 4 times and it always turns out beautifully. Even my picky son and husband gobble it up. If you can use fresh ingredients (ie: pineapple, orange juice etc.,, it makes it even more delicious. I use basmati rice for added flavour. I highly reocmmend trying it!

My husband and I really enjoyed this. It was easy to prepare and I didn't have any problems with the rice being mushy. Even the leftovers are good. I highly recommend making this dish, you won't be disappointed.

This dish turned out so well and it was really fun to make because it was different. I had cut back on the pineapple because I wasn't sure i would like that combo but wished I had added it all. I also used a can of tomotoes with green chilis (similar to Rotel, drained instead of the salsa since I didn't have any. Absolutely loved the marinade and plan on using it other times I am looking for a great marinande for fish. Left lime slices off as others had suggested. I had family try leftovers as 1st timers ahd rave about it.

Followed the recipe, but did not put the lime slices on top. I just squeezed a bit over the fish before placing in the oven. The other thing was I microwaved the remaining marinade to reduce it a bit before pouring it over the rice because it seemed like it would add to much moisture. The dish came out very tasty and my husband who hasn't like tilapia in the past enjoyed it alot. I used frozen tilapia -thawed- from Costco. The fish was not quite done all the way by the end of the 25 minutes, so I put just the fish back in on a piece of foil for 5 more minutes and it was perfect. Probably my oven is off! Will definately make again! With just two of us (I only used two pieces of fish we had a lot of the rice leftover (used white rice so last night I reheated it in the oven while I baked praws. (Used tiger prawns from Costco Great together! Recipe: 1 lb. large shrimp or prawns, shelled & deveined; 1/2 cup butter-melted; 1 cup fine bread crumbs(I used panko 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese; 2-3 minced garlic cloves; 1/2 teas. salt; 2-3 TBS. fresh lemon juice; 1-2 TBS. dry sherry. Place prawns in a shallow baking dish in one layer. Combine the bread crumbs, parm. cheese, salt, lemon juice, & sherry with the melted butter til mixed. Sprinkle the mixture over the prawns and bake @ 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until prawns are cooked and topping is golden. I actually put them under the broiler at end for just a minute to crisp up the top. It was so easy and yummmy!

It looked beautiful but tasted extremely bitter. I followed the directions exactly except for leaving the marinade on the fish for longer than 20 minutes. It was probably on there for about 45, so maybe thats why.

This dish was wonderful! It comes together easily, and is fun to make. It is absolutely delicious. Dosen't need to be covered while it cooks.
I highly recommend it to all.
I didn't put the lime slices on the top while it cooked, but served it with lime wedges.
I used brown rice (which takes longer to cook initially.
    Can't say enough good things.
    You'll love it.
