This dish was wonderful! It comes together easily, and is fun to make. It is absolutely delicious. Dosen't need to be covered while it cooks.
I highly recommend it to all.
I didn't put the lime slices on the top while it cooked, but served it with lime wedges.
I used brown rice (which takes longer to cook initially.
    Can't say enough good things.
    You'll love it.

I can't wait to try this one. The recipe does not say covered or uncovered while baking? Would love to hear from someone that loved the recipe. Thanks!

My picky husband loved this, even though he claims to hate pineapple in anything. I used brown rice instead of white, and it worked out well. I will be making this a lot more.

This is the first time trying tilapia. I heard about it and watch alot of cooking shows using this fish. So when I saw the espisode I decide to make. It was very good and my husband enjoyed it too. He enjoys eating bottom fish so I decide to try this one and it was a hit. Will differently make this one again and again. Thanks so much and will try other recipes using tilapia.

My husband made this and it is fantastic! I re-heated leftovers and took them to work to share with co-workers. Now everyone wants the recipe. This is a keeper! Thank you.

Just made this and used a refrigerated fresh salsa. I think good salsa can make or break this dish. The salsa I used was a chunky salsa and I drained it before mixing it into the rice. I chunked the pineapple fairly small, also. And I used orange roughy instead of tilapia. It was fantastic!!! Highly recommend and will add to my list of "usuals" to make!

I had larger pieces of tilapia than I normally get so it took longer to cook. I had to put back in the oven after I had served the dish, but we just ate the rice while the fish continued to cook, and then had more rice when the fish was ready! We have tilapia every Tuesday (an inexpensive way to get fish servings and I am so happy to have a new recipie to add to our rotation.

Ok, so I'm not a major cook, but this recipe was so easy and was perfect down to the last "flaky" minute. The meal came out great and my family was surprised at my first attempts at cooking baked fish. The taste was awesome! All of the citrus flavor and the added pineapple was great. Thx!

I am going to make this recipe in a couple nights for some guests, but my husband is allergic to seafood. I would like to use chicken instead, (even though I'm sure it is amazing with tilipia!, but I'm not sure how it will turn out. Has anyone done this or have any ideas or suggestions?

After reading the reviews I figured this was going to be a big hit or a big miss.....it was a HUGE HIT!! I'm not sure why some people wound up with bitter fish but ours was fresh, had great citrus flavor, and it was all so very easy. The only thing I "added" was taking off the limes that I baked with and served it with a fresh wedge. I also used brown rice to make it a bit healthier. This recipe is definitely going into my "do again" folder. Thanks Ingrid!
