I made this recipe after seeing Ingrid prepare it on the show but was hesitant to serve it to my family, a non-seafood liking husband and a 4 year old. I knew they would both like the rice, but the fish worried me. My guys wolfed this down. I was shocked that my husband ate seconds and my son ate an entire fillet. The flavors were great and I only tweaked the marinade just a little by adding more OJ, but other than that left the recipe alone. I look forward to making this again.

I just happened to tune into the episode when this was being made and I am so glad I did! I have been searching for ways to prepare fish that everyone in my family would eat without complaint and this recipe was a huge success. Everyone loved it so much there weren't any leftovers... amazing! I used long grain brown rice instead of the white, and reduced the cilantro considerably (I'm not a fan of cilantro and even with those changes it was still so delicious. Not only does this taste great but it's incredibly easy to make.

Used water instead of chicken broth to keep it vegetarian friendly. Still really good! Really easy too!

I'm always looking for ways to prepare fish that are family friendly. My kids and I loved this recipe. The fish was tender and delicious. I substituted
the salsa with a peach-mango variety and it was really good. I'm sharing the recipe with girls at the local gym and friends at church. Enjoy!

This has to be one of the best tilapia dishes that I have ever made. The citrus marinade and the pineapple made it very refreshing and light. I substituted brown rice (healthier and used parsley instead of cilantro (husband does not like cilantro.

I saw her make this the other day and had to make it. I have a 4 yr old and a 16 month old and both finished their plates. My father loved it and he only likes food with a ton of flavor. I am trying to make food that is a bit healthier and it was a winner all along the board. Also we are also a busy family so it was quick to make.

After seeing Ingrid Hoffman make this on TV, I couldn't wait to try it. The recipe worked perfectly as written, and it tastes great. I cut the recipe in half because we only wanted 2 servings. I also sprinkled the fish fillets with a bit of paprika before baking. I will definitely make this again.

This was wonderful! The rice had a great sweet and spicy taste. I used extra hot salsa. The fish was cooked perfectly. I will continue to make this recipe.

I decided to make this recipe even though I was not sure about the flavor combinations but yummy, both my husband and I loved it. I did tweek it a little and used fresh pineapple in juice from the produce department and added some pineapple juice to the marinade and skipped the sugar. I also made more rice. Thanks for this great recipe.
