This was a great recipe, however after reading the reviews I decided to change up a few things before I made it. First, I made 2 cups of rice, not one, and used brown rice. (used a 9X13" pan it all fit beautifully Because some said it was bland, I used Penzeys Spices-Jerk for Chicken or Fish. I added the Jerk spice blend to the marinade and I sprinkled it on top of the fish. It gave it great color and flavor!! I thought the picture of the recipe made it look so bland, when really there is a lot of flavor going on, it just needed to be kicked up a bit. Everyone loved it. Tonight I am making it with Chicken instead of Fish, I am sure it will be wonderful as well. I used canned pineapple also.

We loved this recipe, and liked how easy it was to make. Great flavor--we'll make it again.

This had very good flavor and next time i will not add the cayenne before baking. The rice is flavorful enough once you add the the 2 cups of salsa to it. All in all it was a tasty dish.

My favorite dish. My boyfriend likes adding some cajun seasoning and chili pepper to give it a little kick.

Delicious and easy to make. I sprinkled a bit of cayenne pepper over fish as suggested & it turned out great. Will definitely add this recipe to the rotation!

Season the fish will a bit of cayanne after removing from the marinaide. Also cover with foil for half the cooking time or the rice gets dry. Over all a quick and enjoyable dish.

The rice is SO good. The fish was a bit bland, however. Next time I'll jazz it up a little. A little spice would kick it up some.

Loved this recipe, however I used a mango peach salsa instead of tamato, and it worked beautifully. My family loves fish so we're always happy for something a little different and easy! Thanks Karen Redelin Sturgeon Bay Wi
