Seemed to be a good recipe especially for someone who doesnt really enjoy fish. I did change the lime juice to lemon juice and instead of placing lime slices on top I put pineapple slices on top. It was a hit in our household!!

This was easy and fantastic! The flavors work perfectly together. Somehow I don't imagine that this is a Costa Rican dish - not that it matters!! The family LOVED it!

I made this recipe for the first time last night. It was absolutely delicious. The rice was very flavorful, both sweet and tangy. There's really not much one can do to make tilapia very flavorful but we enjoyed it. As an experiment, I think I'll use boneless, skinless chicken breasts next time. Will definitely keep this recipe in my inventory.

I made this recipe for the first time in July and my family loved it. They asked me to make it again. This dish is easy to make and doesn't require a lot of time in the kitchen. It is a Must-Try!

Delicious! This dish was quick and easy to prepare. It is perfect for both a weeknight meal or to serve at a dinner party. If you love the combination of sweet and spicy flavors, this dish is for you. I highly recommend it!

Easy to prepare and tastes great! I doubled the ingredients for the marinade which gave me more reserve to add to the rice which definitely aided in adding flavor. A great recipe nonetheless!!

The fish turned out great, but the rice not as tasty. Though it did not taste bad. The recipe was not hard to put together and prep time was minimal.

I made this tonite for dinner for my wife and I but made some adjustments due to the recomandations of all of the previous reviewers. I added more orange juice and 1 more clove of garlic to the marinade. I cut the pineapple amount to 1 cup, I used canned chunks and cut them in half. I used medium salsa and canallini beans as these are what I had on hand. I to salted and peppered the fillets and added paprika on top before topping with lemon slices rather than limes. The rice had great flavor and the fish was good dont get me wrong but compared to the rice it was lacking flavor. I dont know if I will make this again unless I can put more flavor to the fish.
