all the great reviews. Uncle Ben says the same thing off the back of the box. But I must say, use chicken stock/broth if you can.

This episode showed some fancy cooking but I appreciate the basics of cooking rice also. I didn't grow up with the luxury of someone giving me the basics and/or tips to cooking. Therefore I gladly welcome all that Food Network offers!!!

My hispanic neighbor made the most delicious spanish rice, and I always wanted to know how to make it. Ingrid has shown how on this show. And adding the end of a green bell pepper is a latina's secret to a great spanish rice.
This is authentic spanish rice, and will impress anyone you make it for.
