This recipe was easier to make than I thought. I'd go with a little less ketchup next time, a little more hot sauce, and a bit a lime juice over the top. I made this with the Emerald Rice, and it tasted like I ordered it from a restaurant. Note: I am not an experienced cook whatsoever! We will be having this again!

I made this tonight for the third time, and it was excellent as always. It's easy, and I had everything on hand except the shrimp and herbs. My 79 year old Dad requests it as he says it is the best meal he has ever had! I had seen Ingrid's show and wanted to check out a recipe.....and found this by accident. I would love to see more of her!

This is a great one. I did not had the liquor and anyway it came delicious. The ketchup gives it this nice sweet tomato flavor that goes excellent. I served it with plain white rice because is very saucy. The only problem is that you have to make a good quantity because everybody will repeat!!! Try it!!

I made the entire "romantic dinner" and I was very disappointed! I had read the reviews and thought these women were just jealous but honestly, this was probably the worst meal I have ever had. My hubby graciously ate it but I couldn't stomach it. The rice was just OK and the dessert was good but nothing special. I could not find passion fruit so I substituted mango so I can't be a true judge of the dessert. My husband said it didn't have much flavor.

This recipe was very delicious. It was quick and easy to make. I was a bit skeptical of the ketchup, but it was fine. I added crushed red pepper flakes at the end because we like extra spicy food. I made this for guests and they all wanted the recipe. They couldn't believe how easy it was to make.
