My 9 year old made this for me because we were going to see her at a cooking demo in Pittsburgh. It came out perfect. That's what I like about it. It's simple and tasty. By the way Ingrid is very charming and funny. She zeroed in on my son during the demo and spoke to him several times. When we went up for autographs she gave us two. One for us and one for him. I love her. I wish she was on more.

I have made this dish a few times and everyone I have served it to compliments it. The ingredients are items I always have on hand, so it is an easy last minute dish.

I had a pound of frozen shrimp left over from the holidays and was on the look-out for a recipe. I found this one in this month's Fitness Magazine, and I was not disappointed. It was quick to prepare. My husband and son both said I should make it again - always the test of a worthwhile effort!

This is delicious, but I doubled it and made the emerald rice and steamed broccoli and had just enough for 4 people! Will make again and again!

I can't believe how cruel some people are. Give her a chance. Her recipes are not that bad and if she's annoying to you then don't watch her. I think Giada show a lot more cleavage and no one is trashing her.

This is a great recipe. The broccoli is super yummy. I would use more cheese on top of the rice next time. The shrimp was tasty & the ketchup works. I will definitely make this again. Thanks Ingrid, this recipe is a keeper. Keep up the great job you're doing.
