My husand and I loved it. I split the recipe over two nights and the shrimp still tasted fabulous. I would make it again and we are already telling all our friends about it.

This dish was great. I only changed one thing out of necessity. I used a dry Marsala. Can't imagine it could be any better with Brandy. I understand the hesitation about ketchup but it works. Try it. You'll like it.

I made this tonight for dinner and it was so quick, easy and delicous!!! The ketchup really makes the sauce yummy. I'm taking the leftovers for lunch tomorrow! Thanks Ingrid for a healthy, simple and delicious recipe!

The recipe on the show calls for 1/4 cup of ketchup the recipe you get on line calls for 1/2 cup. We used the 1/4 c. and it turned out great.

I just love Ingrid. I think she is just adorable. She is fun and full of life. That is the latin in her. I have just finished watching this show and can't wait to try this recipe in spite of (or because of the reviews. As for the other chefs & cooks on the food network, I like and watch some of each of them and all of others. The food network has many programs and tastes in both food and personalities so pick and choose what you like but remember what your Mother taught you and be nice.

Hey, this dish really pleased the men-folk so maybe y'all should just try it instead of griping about catchup. My male dinner guests were diverse in age and ethnicity. All loved it.

I used frozen tail-on shrimp from Costco. If you do that too, be sure to thaw first and squeeze-out excess water before adding to the pan.

BTW, they liked the rice but didn't rave about it. They raved about the broccoli. My brandy didn't light, and neither did her's on the show. If you want fireworks, substitute B&B for the Brandy.

Medium shrimp are to small for this type of dish. The picture of grilled crispy shrimp does not happen by cooking in a skillet. Very misleading. Too much ketchup. The flavor overpowers the other ingredients.Won't use this recipe again.

We all loved the dish. It's easy to prepare and most have the ingredients on hand. Iv'e made shrimp many different ways and this is a keeper.

This recipe was easy and tasted great! I'm not sure what is up with all the negative comments about her or her show, but I have been a long-time viewer of Food Network, and they are plenty of "regulars" on this network with 4-5 shows each and one work is Boring and reruns after reruns. Give me a break. She is fresh and new. My gosh, if you want to cancel somebody, cancel all those extra shows by the same people. It is refreshing to have variety.
