Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets washed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice, about 2 large navel oranges
- Orange zest
Directions
Set up a steamer. Steam the broccoli florets for 3 to 5 minutes, until just slightly tender.
In a separate small saucepan, heat the orange juice over medium-high heat. Reduce to 1/4 cup. Remove juice from heat and add butter, stirring to melt and combine thoroughly.
Pour over the blanched broccoli and toss. Serve with the orange zest over the final served dish.

Wow some people are just so rude. If you don't like her or the show change the channel if your capable of doing it all by yourself. I've gotten a lot of recipes from this show. She makes it fun to watch and learn. I've tried orange with broccoli before and luved it do this is another twist and it was great. Keep the great recipes coming we luv you here in Cali.

I thought this was a great twist on an everyday basic. I'll make it again. Ingrid's brandied shrimp is an all time favorite that I have made many times to rave reviews!! I cut back a little on the ketchup.....love it!

I've never tasted such a putrid combination of flavors. You would have to be hard of tasting to enjoy this recipe. Gross!
