Delicious, a winner everytime!
It's spicy, sweet, tasty and healthy. I usually serve it as a side dish with barbeque.

I made the salmon with store brought barbeque sauce and it was fantastic. The salsa was the BEST part! This is a fantastic 'Hot Summer Day' meal. Light and Healthy and So Satisfying!
