The tartar sauce is amazing, the chipotle adds great smokiness... and the orange zest, great touch.

I have made this twice and it is excellent. Please do not skip any of the ingredients, each adds its own flavor note and just has a party in the mouth!! The cucumber adds a real refreshing note to the dish. Even though it is rated as intermediate, the cooking skills are very basic. It isn't hard to make at all.
