This recipe came out great, would definitely make it again. The recipe says to brine overnight, but on the show she said to brine for only an hour.

The coffee in the dry rub was overwhelming. I'll try this again but will reduce the amount of coffee or perhaps try a milder blend. I only had Starbucks Dark French Roast and it was too strong. My pork also came out a bit dry, so I'm not sure brining was the way to go. The sauce was the best part of this. Absolutely delicious! Next time, I'll double the recipe for the sauce because you can't have too much of a good thing.

My family absolutely LOVED this recipe. I have made pork loin before but it always seemed to come out dry. The rub was different and kept my pork moist and the sauce was quite tasty. It is hard to please a picky 10 year old, but my daughter Tracy liked this one very much. I will be making this again!

Good. As another review stated be sure to use pineapple in heavy syrup and do not use diet cola. The sugar thickens up the sauce. I will certainly make again.

I thought with brining it over night in the cider vinegar, and with the rub (although very strange and the sauce it will be very flavorful. It was not. very plain. The meat was not tough, but not as tender as you would expect for over night brining. Very disappointed, and will not make it again.

Made for my family and they all enjoyed it. My fussy dad and husband even raved about the sauce.

The blend of coffee & spices as a rub gave this a strange taste. The pineapple, cola, red wine & bacon in the sauce just didn't work for me. I thought this recipe might be one of those unusual combinations that sound strange but taste great but no, it also tasted strange too.

My husband LOVED this but I only liked it. Ths spices on the outside were a little much for my taste although the meat was EXCELLENT. I used beef stock since I couldn't find demi mix and used corn starch to thicken the sauce, which has a very lovely flavor.

With the great reviews I thought I would try this. Sorry I did. Was not impressed with the coffee in the rub at all. And the cola (gravy? was boring. Was very runny like some of the other comments had made, so I cooked it a little while longer. Didn't help. It was just a blah recipe.
