I would like to thank you for something different and something new. I did all except the icing and i was satisfied to a degree. I am actually looking to explore with this recipe again, but next time adding something more. Thank you for a great foundation and different taste worth exploring as well as sharing and preparing for my family.

Thought not a great cook myself. These look delicious and like they would be relatively simple to make.

These were such a welcome change from the traditional brownie. They weren't so far off the path that you wanted another batch. Just enough kick to make you wonder what is different. Highly enjoyable!

I knew I was in trouble when I couldn't stop licking the bowl.

These brownies are excellent. Very unique flavor and a great twist to the same old brownie. I made them for a party and everyone loved them. I had no problems with the icing and they were very cute with the domino decoration. Give them a try...they do not disappoint.

I followed this recipe exactly and was disappointed because it was just so-so.

The chile powder added an odd taste. The icing came out too sticky, and it looked like Elmer's Glue. I was unable to place the 'icing' into a plastic bag because it was too sticky.

Instead, I just drizzled the icing on the brownies and it looked okay. The icing is awful if it is tasted alone.

I rated this a 3-star instead of a 1-star because this was edible.

I made these for my Super Bowl party and they got rave reviews. They are certainly different from the traditional brownie, but a nice change. I took the leftovers to work and they were gone in a matter of hours (Nearly two dozen of them...lol

At first I thought "Chili powder in brownies....no way". But, I have drastically changed my mind.
The first few bites were strange....they are not the typical brownies that your tastebuds are used to.
But by the end of the first brownie...I was hooked...I had three more!
