Agree that it didn't freeze like a popcycle so make it in custard dishes or papercups & tear paper away...

    Just serve with a spoon....

    Simply delicioso....

I have made several times & shared recipe with frineds who love it during the hot Florida summers..

Creamy, and sweet, but not overwelming in taste. A real treat. Something you will what to claim as your own idea.

It was very easy to make. I made them for a BBQ. It turned out to be a very hot day and the ice pops were a hit. They brought back memories of going to Puerto Rico during the holidays. It was nice to have a taste of that during the summer.

I love the way it tastes but it didn't freeze. I even had the same ice pop holders as she used on the show but when you try to take them out just the stick come out. We scooped the pop out with a knife and put it in bowls and ate it. This probably would be really yummy as a slushy drink.

These are great, very creamy and delicious. I made two batches, one for the adults with the rum and a batch of virgin popsicles for the kids. I have to say, I am really liking this new season of Simply.
