I made this for breakfast today and it was super delicious! Very flavorful and well,,,,not so easy to make. Making the poached eggs takes some practice and my hollandaise sauce broke a couple of times. But all in all the flavors were there and worked so well together.

I made it for dinner tonight and served it with a simple salad. A big hit. We do not eat meat, so I left the ham out, instead, I used sauteed spinach (with garlic. It was delicious. Light and easy and quick. I would make it again.

I just made the Chipotle Hollandaise and served it over traditional Eggs Benedict. The sauce was amazing and took an already delicious dish to a whole new level. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Nice twist to the eggs benedict. For all the haters we are not rating her for her looks lets just talk about the food and stop focusing on her boobs.

Some dishes are interesting when adapted & given a twist with different spices, etc. This mess was a travesty and a waste of eggs. I love latin flavors & eggs benedict & although I cannot sit through an entire show watching this woman attempting to cook, I gave this recipe a try. Ingrid can't cook, constantly insults the viewer, & still thinks it's cute to shake her boobs at the viewer. Food Network, why do continue to insult your viewers with this idiotic woman? I was thrilled when I learned that a latino show was coming to FN. With so many accomplished & decent latina/latino cooks in the food world how was this woman chosen to have a show on the FN?

One of her better ideas, but that doesn't say much. Not original or new at all
